Photo Start Privacy Policy

Overview

Photo Start is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Camera Access

The app requires camera permission to identify and track faces for randomly selecting a starting player. All facial recognition occurs directly on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No data is transmitted elsewhere.

Data Collection and Storage

Photo Start does not:

• Create user accounts
• Store facial data
• Save images or videos
• Collect personal information
• Send information to remote servers
• Use tracking mechanisms
• Share data with other companies

Face detection data is processed in real-time on your device and is discarded immediately after the selection concludes. Closing the app or clearing the player pool removes all facial information from device memory.

Updates to this privacy policy will appear on this page with an updated effective date.
