Sleep Train Privacy Policy

Overview

Sleep Train is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your scripts belong to you and should only be visible to you. The app keeps all data entirely on your device.

Your Scripts

Sleep Train stores scripts locally on your device only. No script data leaves your device. The app does not:

• Record or transmit usage statistics or behavioral patterns
• Send scripts to external servers
• Use script content beyond local playback on your device
• Connect to third-party servers or analytics services
• Share data with third parties

Text-to-Speech Processing

Sleep Train uses Kokoro, an on-device language model, for text-to-speech synthesis. All audio processing occurs on your device — no scripts are sent to external servers. The standard Apple Speech engine is also available and processes speech locally.

Pro Audio Feature

To verify a Pro Audio purchase, Sleep Train uses Apple's In-App Purchase infrastructure, connecting to Apple's servers to confirm the transaction. No script content or personal data is included in this exchange. This represents the only server connection made outside your device.

Changes to This Policy

Updates to this privacy policy will be posted with a new effective date.
